The Grounds

Situated on the shores of Lake Scugog, residents and their guests have access to our spacious landscaped grounds, with easy access to the local trail and path system, and a short walk to downtown Port Perry through our private bridge.  Residents are encouraged to enjoy all aspects of the community and get out and enjoy their neighbours and spaces as much as possible.
